An important question for health-conscious people who are struggling to achieve optimal wellness:
What’s the biggest difference between a life full of endless energy, fantastic health, and sharp focus…
and feeling like life is an uphill struggle that just gets tougher as you get older?
If you guessed spectacular genetics, you’d be wrong.
If you guessed an organic whole foods diet, you’d also be wrong.
If you guessed expensive medication, meditation and yoga, or a simply charmed and blissful life (and possibly a lottery win), you’d be wrong again.
Because all of those things overlook THE most basic of human needs, a fundamental building block of the body that modern society has totally messed up.
You can live a full, vibrant life even if you don’t have perfect genes, a perfect diet, and if (like every real person) your life contains some level of stress.
But you MUST learn to leverage one foundational skill your body and mind depend on.
Otherwise, you’ll (wrongly) believe that feeling tired and flat all the time is just a part of ageing. You’ll think it’s normal for anxiety to rule your life, your fitness levels to plummet, and that “not too bad” is an acceptable standard for your one precious life. You’ll also believe health problems like hay fever, asthma, anxiety, snoring, and sleep apnoea are conditions you need to learn to live with at best, and take lifelong medication to manage at worst.
We’re living in a vitality crisis (...and it's not your fault)
Let me know if any of this sounds familiar…
You like your life. You’re generally upbeat and you know that as far as life situations go, you’ve got a pretty good one.
You have a family you love, a job you actually enjoy (and you’re moving up the ladder because of your hard work), and decent health.
...For the most part.
I mean, sure. You’re dealing with some health problems, but who isn’t these days? Wearing a CPAP machine or taking a few pills every day isn’t the worst thing in the world.
And your work and family life are great but you’re finding things get under your skin more than usual. It seems like everything stresses you out these days, even insignificant stuff you know shouldn’t bother you. And you can’t handle the tension like you used to.
Speaking of things not going like they used to, your fitness seems to be going backward. The morning jogs or weekend tennis games that used to be fun and invigorating now leave you feeling drained. No matter how hard you push, you can’t keep up the pace. And it makes you feel...well, old.
And energy? You’ve forgotten what it feels like. You wake up in the morning exhausted, already looking forward to snuggling back into bed at night. But when bedtime rolls around, your brain won’t shut off. You lie awake for hours, your body dead-tired but your mind wide awake. Even on nights when you somehow manage to sleep for eight+ hours, you still wake up exhausted. (What’s that about?)
You’ve tried a heap of things — medication, a naturopath diet, even some woo-woo yoga and meditation — because your wellbeing is important enough to work at. But none of it really helped.
And the most frustrating part is that you’re not striving for perfection. You don’t need 10% body fat or double-espresso energy levels or to be the most zen parent on Earth.
You just want life to feel fun again. Exciting. Easy.
You want to be energised enough to show up for your life...instead of feeling like you’re running on autopilot, simply getting through the day. (And if you’re honest, that’s how you’ve been feeling for a while.)
Whether you’re at work, helping your kids with homework, or out for drinks with friends, you want to be fully IN IT. Present. Engaged. Bringing your best self to the experience.
You want to feel strong doing the physical activities you love — whether it’s training for triathlons or just playing beach volleyball with your family — not winded and zapped of energy.
When stressful things come up (because they always will) you want to roll gracefully with the ups and downs of life, not have the heavy weight of life slowly crush you.
...And you want a good night’s sleep! When did relaxing get so hard? You want a full night of rejuvenating rest so you can bounce out of bed in the morning, raring to go, excited for whatever the day’s got in store.
You shouldn’t have to live in a chronically tired, strung-out state. Anxiety and scattered thoughts shouldn’t be the cost of 21st century life. Aches and pains shouldn’t be a normal part of ageing. Good, restorative sleep shouldn’t be a thing of the past.
You’re not willing to accept that this is as good as life gets, that it’s all downhill from here. You deserve a fuller, more energetic, easier life...and you know it’s possible. You just don’t know how to get there.
There’s one BIG reason you’re experiencing low energy, growing anxiety, and health problems like asthma, hay fever, and sleep apnoea
You’re not breathing the way your body needs you to!
I'm ready to change that now!Breath is the foundation of all life. The oxygen you breathe in goes into your bloodstream and pumps around your body, fuelling EVERY organ, muscle, and tissue. There is enough oxygen in the air we breathe for all of our cells and organs to utilise and maximise their function.
BUT it’s not just oxygen...
Other elements like carbon dioxide and nitric oxide are often forgotten but they’re vital to health, too, assisting with oxygen delivery to our cells, calming our nervous system, and regulating smooth muscle tissues (like gut wall, airways, and bladder).
The key is proper BALANCE between these levels in the body. When you don’t inhale AND exhale correctly, your body suffers biochemical imbalances that cause all sorts of physical and emotional health issues.
And I know what you’re thinking…
“Breathing? The thing I do a million times a day...you’re telling me THAT’s my big problem?”
...But stick with me. That’s exactly what I thought at first, too. But as a scientist at heart, when I dug into the research, I was blown away to discover the undeniable link between poor breathing and the many health problems plaguing society.
Here are some of the conditions that research has shown are negatively impacted by poor breathing (yes, ALL of them!):
-
Sleep disturbances
-
Anxiety
-
Heart palpitations
-
High blood pressure
-
Dizziness
-
Asthma
-
Hay fever
-
Tingling fingers
-
Muscle cramps
-
Restless leg syndrome
-
Persistent cough
-
Snoring
-
Sleep apnoea
-
Crowded teeth
-
Mental fog, lack of focus
-
Depression
-
Fatigue, exhaustion
-
Constipation
-
Poor exercise tolerance / endurance
Most of us are unknowingly breathing incorrectly. But in the Journal of Psychosomatic Research, L.C. Lum found that healthy people can actually cause these symptoms by intentionally breathing incorrectly, showing a cause-effect relationship. When they purposely breathe poorly, it “usually accomplishes reduplication of symptoms within a few minutes; often within thirty seconds.”
Just thirty seconds of poor breathing can cause the above symptoms to occur. Imagine what happens after a lifetime of it.
But why are we breathing incorrectly in the first place?
Let’s have a quick anatomy lesson and explore two changes in the human body that have changed the way we naturally breathe...
The field of Evolutionary Medicine studies changes in the human skull. Skeletons show that just 300 years ago, humans consistently had straight teeth, wide jaws, flat palates, and large nasal passages. But today, skulls are flatter, with shorter jaws and narrow palates, which lead to smaller nasal passages.

Hunter Gatherer Skull Characteristics:
-
Similar skeletal bases
-
Huge masseter and pterygoid muscles
-
Massive alveolar bone
-
Straight teeth
-
Functioning 3rd molars
Modern Industrial Skull Characteristics:
-
Similar skeletal bases
-
Small masseter and pterygoid muscles
-
Smaller alveolar bone
-
Crowded teeth
-
Impacted 3rd molars

Our skulls’ flattened nasal passages and smaller palate (which causes a smaller airway) have completely changed the way we breathe...and not in a good way.
Harvard University paleoanthropologist, Daniel Lieberman, calls this change “dysevolution” because it’s not serving us well. It’s a newly-discovered phenomenon causing many branches of science — anthropologists, dentists and orthodontists, pulmonologists, and researchers — to come together to better understand.
And one thing they all agree on: our skulls are evolving to make us breathe in a highly DYSfunctional way.
Computers and screens have also led to some troubling physical changes in our bodies...
Working at a computer all day and using devices all night has thrown our alignment completely out of whack. And it doesn’t just cause the posture-related problems we are only too aware of…… the sore neck, sore back, stiff body we know is caused by asking our bodies to sit instead of move. It also significantly restricts your breathing.
When you have poor posture — which nearly all people who sit for lengthy periods each day do — your diaphragm can’t fully expand. And an activated diaphragm is critical for proper inhalation and exhalation.
Even more troubling, consider the work of Linda Stone, a wellness researcher and former Apple executive. She found 80% of people experience what she calls “screen apnoea” — where we temporarily stop breathing or take very shallow breaths while working or playing in front of screens.
Many of us spend 8+ hours a day behind screens. If you’re poorly breathing the majority of that time, it can lead to serious health hazards.
Research from the National Institute of Health shows that this type of breathing contributes to stress-related diseases. It throws off the balance of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitric oxide, causing our resulting biochemistry to become more acidic. This is where things begin to unravel!
But there’s hope. Because Stone also found that 20% of the people tested did NOT display screen apnoea when using technology.
Who were those people? ...Dancers. Musicians. High-performance athletes.
...People who were trained in breathing techniques!
So while our skull shapes and tech-driven lifestyles push us towards poor breathing, it’s entirely within our power to overcome these challenges and enjoy optimal health. You just need to know how to breathe well.
4 more factors compounding the 21st century health and vitality crisis...
Reason #1: Your body’s not getting the restorative sleep it needs.
Good quality sleep is the best way to “fix” the daily damage we do to our bodies and brains.
Sleep enables recovery by removing waste and cleaning your organs, which allows renewed physical and mental performance the next day. Your immune system also kicks into action during sleep to help your body fight inflammation, infection, and trauma.
Your brain is working constantly all day long. So it’s crucial that the brain gets proper cleansing and detoxifying at night. Researchers only recently discovered that our brain has an amazing system (called the glymphatic system) to remove waste material and keep things running in tip-top shape...but it only has a chance to do this “cleaning” at night.
If your sleep is continually being interrupted — by insomnia, racing thoughts, sleep apnoea, vivid dreams and getting up to go to the loo — your body and brain aren’t getting the nightly recharge they need. You won’t start off fresh in the morning. And the effect keeps compounding night after night.
In the short term, you’ll feel tired and sluggish, zapped of life-force energy. You may get sick more often, as your immune system isn’t operating efficiently. And as that waste accumulates in your brain, you risk more serious long-term effects like Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative disorders.
But when you breathe properly, you’ll significantly improve your sleep. Proper breathing encourages your body to go into restorative REM sleep and eliminates the problems that interrupt your sleep cycles — notably snoring, sleep apnoea, anxiety, needing the loo. And your partner will thank you - their sleep will also no longer be disturbed!
Reason #2: Our stressful world makes it worse.
“More than 60% of visits to physicians in the United States are due to stress-related problems, most of which are poorly treated by drugs, surgery, or other medical procedures.” - Dr. Herbert Benson (Harvard Medical School)
Stress is associated with a high adrenaline state that is known to cause quick, shallow breathing in humans — which throws off the delicate biochemical balance of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitric oxide. Our bodies were designed to enter this state for short periods of “emergency or life-threatening issues” during which the high adrenaline has a useful purpose. BUT, when you’re in this state day after day, your “normal” breathing becomes highly dysfunctional.
Plus, when you’re constantly on high alert, which so many of us are these days, it’s impossible to shut off at night to sleep and recharge.
But here’s the amazing thing...
Just by breathing in a particular way, you can speak the language of your body to calm yourself down.
Proper breathing tells your body that you’re safe, so you’ll stop feeling overwhelmed and anxious all the time...even if you’re dealing with inevitable stress in your life. Correct breathing will allow you to comfortably deal with challenging situations, pre-empt your triggers and manage these in a positive manner. And you’ll save your physical body from untold damage as a result of far less stress.
Reason #3: Breathing happens automatically...and your brain’s probably doing it wrong.
Outside of the odd yoga or meditation class, chances are you’ve never really thought about breathing, right? It just happens.
That’s because your breath is controlled by an area at the base of your brain, nicknamed the “lizard brain.” It’s an ancient part of us that evolved to handle the automatic body functions to help us survive...it’s incredibly important!
But unfortunately for many of us, our lizard brains have been reprogrammed by things like stress and technology use. And your brain will keep following its regular patterns, even if it’s keeping you anxious, tired, and experiencing health problems.
Unless you retrain your brain to breathe properly, you’ll stay stuck in this automatic pattern of dysfunctional breathing. But when you retrain your breathing, you’ll reset your system so that perfect breathing becomes your new automatic.
And the best part? Once you retrain your breathing, you won’t have to consciously think about it to continue enjoying the positive results. Proper breathing will just happen.
Reason #4: Medication only treats the symptom, not the true root cause.
Poor breathing is PROVEN (as in, there’s solid scientific research behind it) to be related to all of these seemingly unrelated problems: asthma, sleep apnoea, hay fever, snoring, anxiety, depression, poor focus, irritable cough, nasal speaking voice, exercise intolerance, sluggishness, waking up to go to the bathroom at night, overcrowded teeth, sinus problems...the list goes on.
Most people use medication to manage these conditions. And to be clear, I’m not anti-medication. It can do incredible, life-saving things! But medication only treats the symptom, not the cause of illness.
If you treated one of the major causes of these problems, you could stop them from happening in the first place. And studies show us that one consistent factor in ALL of these health problems is poor breathing. So instead of using medication to manage these problems, you can ease, and in many cases, completely eliminate them simply by retraining your breathing.
In addition to avoiding the unwanted side effects of medication, there are major cost benefits as well. Taking expensive medication for years on end can amass to a small fortune. But you can enjoy all the positive effects of a lifetime of proper breaths with no additional cost for each “dose”.
The good news: retraining your body to breathe properly is not only possible, it’s easy...
and absolutely ANYONE can do it.
If you’ve made it this far, you already know that breathing well is critical to your physical and emotional wellbeing.
But maybe you didn’t know that by retraining your breathing through the 9 Pillar Breath Habits I’m about to show you, you’ll also be able to:
- Sleep deeply throughout the night WITHOUT tossing and turning, waking up between sleep cycles, and getting up to go to the bathroom
- Feel full of energy throughout your day, whether you’re cycling on a morning, working on your computer in the afternoon, or meeting up with friends after work
- Eliminate or significantly improve medical problems you thought would require lifelong medication to manage (such as sleep apnoea, asthma, hay fever, anxiety, and more)
- Quickly calm yourself down in a matter of moments when you feel stress hit...so anxiety doesn’t control your whole day
- Improve your posture so you not only enhance your breathing and lung function but also appear more confident and powerful to others (because looking good is always a sweet bonus!)
- Know with confidence that you’re taking care of your one precious body and it will, in turn, take care of you for decades to come
These results are completely within your reach, whether you’re a newbie to wellness or you’ve been trying to improve your health for years...
...But you do need a targeted, step-by-step plan to retrain your breathing.
One that includes only the most proven, science-backed strategies while avoiding all those hippie new-age practices that don’t actually do anything.
One that doesn’t require you to make unrealistic changes to get results — but will work even if you’re incredibly busy, have unavoidable stress, and need to sit at a computer all day.
And…
One that completely retrains not just your breathing but also your brain so you don’t have to “think” about how to breathe forever, it simply becomes your new automatic.
If you’re still with me, I can’t wait to introduce you to my signature Breathing Retraining system to experience you as new…
The BreatheWell Program Case Studies
Simon, 41 -π Ag manufacturing

Simon achieved reduction in asthma medication by 75% with no regular daily symptoms. Overall reduction in symptoms 75% primarily affecting sleep quality, anxiety, asthma, allergies and exercise capacity.
James, 83 -π¨π¦³ Retired
Commenced The BreatheWell program to assist with his sleep apnoea, restless leg syndrome and to improve his mental focus.
James achieved complete resolution of sleep apnoea, and now reports minimal ongoing restless leg syndrome. His mental acuity greatly improved and he feels fresh and ready to face the day every morning.
Overall reduction in symptoms of 82%.
My mission? To help Breathing Retraining be seen for the scientifically-proven treatment it is.

Hi, I’m Jane Hutchings. I’ve been helping people overcome their health issues for 25 years as a physiotherapist. A realist at heart, I eat, sleep, and breathe (*elbow jab* get it?) evidence-based science. So what led me to the “hippy alternative” field of Breathing Retraining?
Seasonal hay fever, actually. Years ago, when I was loaded up with meds and still couldn’t spend time outdoors exercising or working in my rose garden, I looked outside standard medicine for relief. When I discovered Breathing Retraining, I felt the same way you probably do now — hopeful, intrigued, but honestly a bit dubious. Surely something as simple as breathing couldn’t fix my very real health problems...could it?
Well, after resolving my hay fever symptoms and coming off medication entirely, I changed my skeptical tune. And the scientist in me needed to understand why Breathing Retraining cured me, when nothing else could.
I worked through books and programs and eventually trained under Australia’s most recognised and experienced Breathing Educator, Tess Graham. The deeper I studied, the more I discovered that Breathing Retraining isn’t “alternative” at all; there is 50 years of rock-solid science behind it. But because the medical & pharmaceutical system can’t make money from breathing, it doesn’t get the same awareness as other treatments. (If you ever want to talk about 'The System', let’s grab a coffee sometime!) π
In my Breathing Retraining practice, I combine my science background and deep knowledge of the human body with evidence-based breathing practices. I’ve worked with people who are 5 years old right through to 85 and every one of them has achieved a “life-changing” improvement to their health.
What I love most about Breathing Retraining is that it has the power to profoundly change your life with ZERO risks or potential downsides — something just about no other medical intervention can offer.
Outside of helping my patients enjoy vibrant health, I love eating great food, experiencing new places and cultures (preferably somewhere I can swim in saltwater) and chasing after my four children with my husband Jeremy on our farm in regional NSW.
Introducing... The BreatheWell Program
This is the only Breathing Retraining program that combines proven, science-backed strategies with one-on-one coaching to overcome your unique health issues to reach a new level of energy, vitality, and health that lasts a lifetime.
My customised framework was designed to help people just like you, who:
- Are tired of restless nights where their brain refuses to shut off, robbing them of restorative sleep and causing them to walk through life with bone-deep exhaustion that no amount of caffeine can cure
- Struggle to manage health issues like asthma, allergies, and sleep apnoea no matter how many pills they swallow (and side effects they endure) or how many mind-over-matter exercises they force themselves through
- Feel like anxiety is slowly crushing them, unable to handle the inevitable stress in their lives, and that their ever-growing to-do list keeps them from enjoying the things that give life joy and meaning
- Decided that “not so bad” isn’t a good metric to live their life by and want to start showing up fully alive for each day they’ve been given
The result is an easy-to-follow program to learn the 9 Pillar Breath Habits to completely retrain your breathing so you can live your healthiest, fullest life. And once you adopt the 9 Pillar Breath Habits, they’ll become automatic, so you’ll enjoy vibrant health for life without even having to think about it.
Being delivered by a Physiotherapist, the BreatheWell Program is claimable with all Australian private health funds - check your membership for elegibility for Physiotherapy via Telehealth.
Here’s how we’ll achieve YOU AS NEW, together.
STEP 1: Co-create your tailored BreatheWell plan
After you complete a comprehensive set of questionnaires that will highlight the areas of your life affected by your current breathing (this is often an eye-opening experience), in our one-on-one Start-Up Session together, we’ll create a foolproof Breathing Retraining plan to achieve your definition of ultimate health and wellness, based on your unique challenges.
Remember, the main reason you’re suffering from energy, mood, and medical problems is because you’re not currently breathing the way YOUR body needs...and every body is different.
Instead of general blanket advice, you’ll get personalised tips and practices. I’ll diagnose the issues with the way you breathe now and explore your individual situation (like medical conditions and lifestyle factors) in order to create a solid plan that will produce clear, meaningful results in your life.
Here’s how we’ll do it:
-
The powers of observation: While we’re engaging over Zoom, I’ll notice subtleties in the way you inhale and exhale. I’ll share these patterns with you so you can pay special attention to them throughout your Breathing Retraining journey and solve niggly breathing problems fast.
-
Preemptive troubleshooting: We all have different hurdles. Whether you’re struggling with insomnia, asthma, snoring, allergies, anxiety whatever! — we’ll make tweaks to the program to avoid the common pitfalls related to various conditions.
-
Insider tricks to DO THE WORK: I’ve been a Physio for 25+ years and I know the difference between patients who do their homework (and get results) and those who don’t. We’ll create a realistic game plan to fit the exercises in with your lifestyle, in a way that won’t feel like a chore.
STEP 2: Retrain using the 9 Pillar Breath Habits
Now that you have a game plan based on your unique goals, challenges, and current breathing patterns, it’s time to re-learn how to breathe to fuel your body.
21st century living has taught us so many poor habits when it comes to breathing. In this part of the program, you’ll make the science-backed 9 Pillar Breath Habits of optimal health your “new normal”.
The good news: These habits can be learned, by anyone. So even if they feel completely strange at the start, they’ll soon become second-nature.
And remember, once you adopt these habits (which will happen during your 12 weeks in the program), they’ll be LOCKED IN. That means you won’t have to practice these exercises forever — once you flip that switch to retrain your breathing, you won’t need to keep thinking about it. You’ll automatically breathe well for life.
Here’s how we’ll get you there:
-
Clear step-by-step breathing exercises: Detailed, easy-to-follow videos will show you exactly how to perform each exercise to develop the 9 Pillar Breath Habits. As a physio, explaining the inner workings of the body is my bread and butter! Every technique will be crystal clear so you’ll know you’re doing it correctly to get maximum results for your efforts.
-
Background educational content: Before we can really be motivated to change our habits, it’s important to understand the damage these habits are doing to our bodies. Nothing will motivate you to get on board more than realising how your current situation is affecting your health. I get that science might not be your thing, but understanding a little bit of the background is fundamental to fully appreciating how better breathing will change your life and how critical better breathing is to being your best.
-
Strategic weekly plan: I won’t dump all 9 Pillar Breath Habits and reams of background science on you at once. You’ll work through them one or two at a time to ensure focus and mastery and so you’re never overwhelmed. Even better, the 9 Pillar Breath Habits build on each other, so your results will compound week after week.
-
Audio tracks to assist with practice: In addition to being easy, the exercises to help you develop the 9 Pillar Breath Habits can be done just about anywhere. On your morning commute, on the sidelines of your kids’ footy game, while walking the dog...they’re all great places to practice! Just cue up an audio track on your smartphone to remind you precisely what to do to efficiently retrain your system.
-
Manageable, bite-size steps: Don’t worry, you don’t need to devote hours a day to see results. Designed with busy people in mind, the program is broken into doable chunks that give you a targeted focus area each day. You’ll see major changes in only minutes each day with these exercises.
STEP 3: Personalised, real-time feedback to all-but-guarantee you get results
You’re following your custom game plan and retraining your breathing using the 9 Pillar Breath Habits...beauty! Now let’s fine-tune your practice to optimise your Breathing Retraining and really crank up your results.
So many other Breathing Retraining programs give you the how-to manual then leave you to your own devices. I’m all about results and I want to be sure of your success — that’s why I’m here with you every step of the way.
Throughout the program, you’ll also have one-on-one Rhythm Sessions with me. After each module, we’ll hop on a Zoom call to monitor your progress and I’ll offer any suggestions to adjust your practice. This ensures you get fast answers to any questions or challenges that come up along the way. This can be paced at your speed so could be every three days or every two weeks - let’s do this at the pace that fits your life.
Here’s how we’ll do it:
-
Perfected practice: Learning new habits isn’t always easy. By watching you perform the exercises during our check-in calls, I can tweak your performance so you get even better results. You’ll also make sure you’re not accidentally developing the wrong habits, as your body gets comfortable with these new practices. Remember, even tiny changes can create big echo effects! We’ll make sure all your efforts are channeled in the right direction.
-
Built-in accountability: I don’t want you to join this program only to let it collect dust on your shelf, I want you to change your life! Our regular Rhythm Sessions keep your momentum going, gently pushing you to stay on track and do the work. Your scheduled Rhythm Sessions ensure you get results now, not just “someday.”
-
Personalised Q&A: It’s a JOURNEY to reach 'you-as-new'. And as you retrain your breathing and adapt the 9 Pillar Breath Habits, questions and possibly even new challenges are bound to come up. Our check-in sessions are your opportunity to ask any questions you have so you can troubleshoot and quickly move forward.

3) Iβm not into alternative spiritual stuff β yoga, meditation, chanting Sanskrit mantras. Will this work for me?
4) Iβve read books or gone through other training programs on breathwork. How is this any different?
5) I like the sound of this but I donβt have a serious health problem. I can live with insomnia, anxiety, or some sluggishness. What makes this program worth it for me?
6) Do I have to be in Australia to take the program?
7) Can you remind me of what Iβm getting when I enrol today?
By now, you already know that the biggest difference between a life full of easy energy, fantastic health, and sharp focus and one that feels like an uphill struggle all comes down to...
Breathing well.
So if you're still with me, let's close this convo with some real talk.
If you're a health-conscious person who’s noticed a degradation in your quality of life as you’ve gotten older — whether that’s fitness, energy levels, or illness — you need BreatheWell.
If you feel flat all day and are ready for nap-time by 1 or 2 o’clock in the afternoon, you need BreatheWell.
If you've woken up at least one morning this week with a sense of panic or dread, your brain racing with everything you need to do, you need BreatheWell.
If you’re worried about the effects your asthma, eczema, or allergy medication is having on your body, you need BreatheWell.
If your spouse spends their days foggy and exhausted because your tossing and turning or snoring keeps them up at night (this goes double if your kids hear you from down the hall!), you need BreatheWell.
If you want the rest of your life to be the BEST part of your life, and you’re not ready to accept aches, stress, and exhaustion as your “new normal,” you need BreatheWell.
If you're ready to take ownership of your wellbeing so you can be your best at work, with family and friends, and while doing things you love, I look forward to partnering with you on 12 transformative weeks that will change your life forever — to experience you, as new.
Take the BreatheWell Challenge
In the BreatheWell program, you'll completely change the way you breathe to nourish your body and mind, which gives you:
- More energy (thanks to 10x better sleep!)
- Less stress and more mental clarity
- Higher fitness levels
- And a significant reduction or complete cessation of medical issues like allergies, asthma, and sleep apnoea that currently require medication to manage
But I don’t want you to have to wait 12 weeks to experience results...
Enrol right now, watch the first module, and learn the difference between healthy and dysfunctional breathing. Then join me for your Start-Up Session and you’ll unlock the first two Pillar Breath Habits.
Practice your new habits for a week and notice how different you feel.
If you don’t notice changes that make you confident that you’re well on your way to transforming your life, just let me know and I’ll return your money.
...Or if you’re not satisfied for any reason at all.
I’m in the business of helping people permanently optimise their health and wellness. If you don’t feel BreatheWell does that for you, I haven’t done my job and you deserve your money back.
If you’re ready to take ownership of your health and wellbeing, once and for all, I’d be honoured to show you the way inside BreatheWell.
