Why I made BreatheWell for Teens a separate program
Teenagers tend to have far less entrenched poor breathing habits than adults, and are able to adopt better breathing more quickly in most cases.
Teenagers also usually have a reduced appetite for background knowledge (the why) and are more interested in the “how to change” component. And, for Teens who are interested in physiology, we can cover this piece in more detail.
My priority with Teens is to keep them engaged and help them apply the course to their lives as quickly as possible ~ making the course more practical than the Adult BreatheWell Program.
